2. Check Qualification

We confirm whether your past usage meets the plan’s cheaper-hours requirement. You’ll see a clear qualification result before enrollment, so you know where you stand up front.
What “cheaper hours” means
Cheaper hours are the times of day when this plan’s lower rate applies. Your home qualifies if, over the past 12 months, you used more electricity during cheaper hours than during higher-cost hours.

• Cheaper hours: 12:00–2:59 AM, 9:00 AM–12:59 PM, and 11:00–11:59 PM
‍• Higher-cost hours: 6:00–7:59 AM and 5:00–8:59 PM

3. Enroll Online

If your home qualifies, you can enroll online in minutes. After enrollment, your request goes through the standard approval process. Once approved, we coordinate the switch and notify your current provider.

Your electricity service continues as normal during the switch.
