*You'll qualify if, over the past 12 months, you used more electricity in off-peak hours than in on-peak hours. Specifically, your off-peak-to-on-peak usage ratio must be greater than 1.23.

Off-peak hours: 12:00–2:59 AM, 9:00 AM–12:59 PM, and 11:00–11:59 PM
On-peak hours: 6:00–7:59 AM and 5:00–8:59 PM
